Project Administrator (Administrative Support)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Closely support Delivery Manager, Project Managers and Account Manager on account-related requests and day-to-day operations
• Reporting into internal EPAM systems, playing the role of project management team representative
• Work together with Delivery Manager to support and improve day-to-day activities such as staffing, onboarding, reporting, team management etc 
• Be an active demand owner working with a variety of EPAM staffing channels and representatives, promotions of the position and actively searching for the internal candidates, resolving relocation issues, aligning on job descriptions and demand details
• Support the team dealing with day-to-day obstacles and improving the delivery process, address attrition cases together with HR people partner and Resource Managers
• Communication and building a rapport with the client stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• Project Management or Project Administration experience.  
• Clear understanding of the Staffing process: roles and stages, channels etc. 
• Willing to help people and put inspection and adaptation approach into practice.

• Have skills/understanding of PMO (Project Management Office), Program support
• Have experience as Project Administrator
• Have strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
• Have positive attitude, willing to learn new
• Have good command of both verbal and written English (B2 or higher level)
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude that allows for taking on things that may seem as if they are outside the remit of the role when it means getting things delivered
• Strong communicator who can keep management up to do date on key activities of program level interest
• Knows how to determine what is urgent and what is important and balance work between the two
• Be creative, co-operative and collaborative
• Willing to work in a flexible way / flexible environment
