IT Researcher/Junior IT Recruiter

Currently, we have a new open position of IT Researcher/Junior IT Recruiter  (RD Department). 

We are ready to consider candidates from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Search for IT professionals (Junior/Middle level)
• Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Communicate with candidates on a daily basis
• Prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Coordinators
• Conducting interviews and organizing technical interviews
• Driving recruitments process from gathering requirements till candidate's onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed recruiting courses or up to 0.5 years of relevant experience - will be a plus
• Knowledge of Boolean Search
• Willing to work with a KPI's
• Good at problem-solving and in planning
• Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)
• Highly result-oriented
• Very good communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly.
