Responsibilities you will have:
- Searching for leads on Upwork
- Pre-qualify leads by any open information
- Direct communication with prospective customers
- Handle incoming requests from leads and write custom proposals
- Working with UpWork messengers
- Participating negotiations with clients
- Dealing with objections
- Maintain sales activity records and sales reports
To successfully fulfill your functions in this position, you will need:
- at least 1 year of lead generation experience on Upwork or a similar platform gained in outsource/outstaff company
- Understanding of the IT sphere, technologies, and programming languages
- Excellent sales writing skills
- Experience in writing bids
- Know how to generate quality leads and find solutions in non-standard situations
- Upper-Intermediate English both written and verbal is essential
