We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to be a part of our talented team and to develop the B2B sales direction.

The company’s goal is to create successful products that will fulfill all goals at the highest level. We work with clients from 20+ countries, performing tasks that require regular improvement and perseverance. 

We are waiting for your application, if you have:

  • 2 years+ of proven experience in IT sales, especially in B2B sales;

  • excellent spoken and written English. At least an upper-intermediate (B2) level is a must;

  • understanding of sales funnels and inbound sales process;

  • ability to close deals with $30K+ check;

  • sales CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or others);

  • good knowledge of IT outstaffing and outsourcing service development;

  • analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise;

  • team player, active, goal-oriented, and flexible person;

  • communicative, positive, responsible, persistent, and punctual person;

  • high motivation for self-improvement and willingness to learn and grow with the company.

As a Sales Manager, you will be:

  • generating new sales opportunities (USA, Europe) through different channels, including active outbound prospecting and your professional network;

  • driving the prospects from lead to close;

  • clearly articulating and demonstrating Lengin value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects;

  • conducting demo calls with qualified prospects;

  • planning and implementing sales strategies;

  • designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence;

  • achieving growth and hitting sales targets;

  • providing great customer service;

  • implementing CRM for managing leads and sales;

  • building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales;

  • preparing required sales reports;

  • searching and analyzing information on potential or existing customers and markets.
