Business Analyst

Requirements: 

• A degree in a Technology, Engineering, Finance or Mathematics;
• 3+ years of experience of relevant professional experience;
• Solid, hands-on experience in Business Process Analysis, System Analysis and Requirements Engineering;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills, attention to details and result-oriented mindset;
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage BA work with large amounts of business stakeholders; 
• Excellent analytical skills, able to design complex data flows and business processes;
• Team player committed and self-motivated;
• Excellent English level.

   Main responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements (through business stakeholders’ interviews), redesign and automate business processes;
• Developing policies and procedures, and implement changes.
• Collaborate with other functional teams to define the roadmap, prioritize improvements and enhancement requests, analyze business benefits;
• Organize and overview the implementation of systems and processes.
