Recruitment Specialist

We are looking to hire a talented and committed Recruitment Specialist for our HR team to play a critical role in managing Gipanis's (laublust.de) growth and additional hiring requirements.

 Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in Recruitment (non-IT)
• Experience writing meaningful pitches and strong communication skills
• Extensive research and sourcing skills (you definitely have more than boolean search up your sleeve)
• Has a passion for connecting with people and building effective and trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 
• Interest in corporate recruitment
• Having a “get things done” attitude and being result-oriented is a must for our team.
• Upper-Intermediate English level (speaking/writing)

 Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle recruitment of specific roles/disciplines
• Drive the recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling, offers, and everything in between) for teams
• Participate in Competency-based interviews, as soft skills play a huge role in recruitment
• Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents

 Working Conditions:

• Fully remote, full time role
• Contract-based/freelance, registered for tax in country of residence as an individual entrepreneur
• Advanced English level. German will be a plus
• High speed cable internet access & modern laptop with excellent video cam and sound functionality
