Диспетчер автотранспорта / Track and Trace Manager

International forwarding company is looking for Update/Track and Trace manager for its Odessa office to oversee and facilitate operations, it provides. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective execution of shipments. 
A great assets for a Update manager  is their communication and negotiation skills (in English). They are also well-versed in shipping management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. 
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organize and have a great stress resistance.

Requirements:

• English — Upper Intermediate / Advanced level;
• Strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiations skills;
• Stress-resistance, problem-solving skills.
• Experience in dispatching 53ft dry vans/power only will be a plus.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing on-time updates for booked shipments (Update manager); 
• Driver assistance on the road  (Update manager);
• Work with company database ( Update manager).
