We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist responsible for planning and optimizing online advertising campaigns. Our ideal candidate should have a firm understanding of the basics of online advertising with Google, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

>> You have 2+ years experience managing a Google Ads account where you have either grown conversions while maintaining CPA, or maintained conversions while decreasing CPA

>> You are analytical by nature and love to experiment and test different headlines, images, and whatever else you can think of to squeeze every ounce out of ads

>> You are great at writing headlines and short and effective marketing copy. You know what makes people click!

>> You plan out your work and strategize but you are flexible when you learn new techniques and especially when the data gives you answers

>> You communicate like a champ and work well with designers and developers when you need changes in images or landing pages

>> You understand of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)

Language proficiency

>> English — Intermediate

Responsibilities

+ Create and plan a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels

+ Oversee existing campaigns and make recommendations on how to optimize them

+ Produce detailed analysis and reports of campaigns

+ Collaborate with a team of marketers, Google Ads specialists, and engineers

+ Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
