As a Sourcer it’s your mission to turn people into candidates for our clients. To achieve this, you will closely work together with Recruiters to fully understand the needs of clients and find the right candidates for them. You are constantly looking for new ways to find and engage with candidates and stand out.
Where you will be based
This position is 100% remote but you need to be comfortable working CET time zones.
Your professional qualities:
More than 1 year of relevant working experience in tech sourcing
You know how to do X-ray searches, how to use Github, Stackoverflow and other sourcing hacks.
English Upper-Intermediate
Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
Ability to search and source across different geographies.
Ability to handle multiple searches and deliver results within tight timelines.
Wll be a plus:
Understanding how to work with Linkedin Helper
Knowledge of email outreach tools like: Reply.io, Lemlist or others
