SMM Manager (TikTok, IG)

VistaCreate (ex-Crello) is a graphic design platform where anyone can quickly create engaging projects for any industry or occasion — design skills optional. VistaCreate blends a powerful online design editor with an ever-growing library of over 50 million assets for creative expression. The platform is available for web, iOS, and Android.

We are in search of a curious person with a creative mind-set, ambitions and ability to drive content that can fascinate a demanding audience in the USA, UK and Australia. If you have a track record of implementing creative projects grounded in strategy, and you create videos for TikTok and IG Reels, you are our ideal team mate and we can’t wait to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Create cutting-edge content to drive meaningful engagement throughout VistaCreate social media channels (focus on Instagram, TikTok).
• Engage with opinion leaders and conduct live streams on Instagram.
• Plan and report for KPI’s together with SMM Lead.
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns on social media.
• Analyze performance of activities on social media channels: paid and organic.
• Generate and implement ideas to improve the performance on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with other teams: brand, design, copy, paid acquisition, content, and other teams.

Requirements:

Must have:

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Active TikTok profile. Experience with shooting videos
• Trend watching

Preferably:

• Previous experience of participation in creative campaigns on the USA/UK/Australian/Canadian markets as a content-creator/manager/creative copywriter
• Ability to track performance and use data to drive insight and creativity. Must-have instruments: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics; practical knowledge of any other instrument will be a plus.
• Experience in content creation
• Knowledge of basic design principles

• Previous work experience with international teams or agencias
