Product Owner (Tech)

Responsibilities:

• Delivery product to the customer according to the business/quality requirements
• Ability to define Business case, Product strategy and lead the realization activities with support from the Scrum master
• Identify risks, implement risk mitigation plan, monitor data analytics, manage alignment with multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively with business owners and discipline leads
• Make day-to-day decisions to ensure quick and scalable implementation
• Assess value, develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize product backlog, and track project status, to ensure delivery of high value products on time and within budget
• Support the product team through a period of transition
• Foster a culture of collaboration, manage team dynamics, and set clear team goals to create both successful development of solutions and an exciting work environment

Must have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Product Owner role
• 2+ successfully completed product
• Practical experience how to start a brand new/already started development of commercial software
• Have led product management for digital product solution through its entire lifecycle in a senior or similar product ownership position
• Basic knoweledge in development and software quality assurance
• Good knowledge of of SDLC, SQL
• Good understanding of software building including: design, architecture and layers and how database works
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Familiarity with JIRA
• Upper-intermediate English Level (reading/writing/speaking)
• Analytical mind and skills

Will be plus:

• Experience in developing and leading commercial software product including front-end, back-end and API in diff position
• Basic understanding of Test Automation
• Basic knowledge of Git workflow
• Basic experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, …)
• Completed an undergraduate qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or any other related subject

Job details:

• Expected work schedule — 5 days a week: 4 are in the office and 1 day home office
• Up to 15 work days of vacation time and 5 paid «sick days» per yea
