IT Researcher

ZONE3000 is an international IT company with over 2000 employees. We have partnered with two projects that deal with domain name registration, web hosting, and SSL certificates.

The Team & Your Role

You will work in a growing and evolving IT Recruitment team (almost 30 people) that consists of recruiters, researchers, and recruitment operations specialists who help us move towards a data-driven approach. 

We work on a big number of positions with different technical stacks, so you will strengthen your skills as a versatile professional.    

Though we work from home, we stay in close communication with the team: run daily meetings, perform knowledge-sharing events, training, and team buildings.

For being successful as an IT Researcher within our IT Recruitment Team, you would need:

• At least Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English 

• Understanding of the IT technologies industry

• Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet tools/browsers

• Flexibility- which is very important  during this tough period of time

• High level of self-organization, responsibility and involvement

• Negotiation skills and ability to work with objections

• Multitasking

• Energy and “winner attitude”

• Strong belief in Ukraine’s victory

Will be a plus:

• At least some experience in a similar position in an IT industry

• Completed IT Recruiting Courses

• Experience in Google Boolean and x-Ray search

• Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool

Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, job portals, social networks and other resources

• Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates

• Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates

• Initial contact with candidates and processing them to recruitment team

• CV screening according to vacancies requirements

• Execute various market analysis reviews

• Maintenance of databases and related reports
