Requirements:
- You can communicate with anyone on any topic, in chat or over the phone.
Duties:
- Checking of order details, clarification of missing information, including independent search of information;
- Searching for a doer of the order (from the database of performers);
- Communicating with customers in chat and over the phone;
- Handling complaints, refunds and additional discounts;
- Communication with performers on orders;
- Resolving disputes between customers and performers;
- The work is mostly written, 10-20% calls per shift, the rest emails, chats and messages.
Working Conditions:
- Interesting project in the field of education;
- Part-time, 25-35 hours per week;
- Your salary will be up to $ 500 a month, depending on the number of hours worked, the hourly rate is calculated based on your experience and the quality of the test assignment.
Must be willing to complete a test assignment.
