Senior UI/UX Designer

Our client is a full-cycle creative marketing agency delivering value to small and medium-sized businesses with cost-effective, award-winning design, branding, web development, market research and business solutions. 

•  Key Responsibilities:
  Gather and evaluate user requirements
• Developing personas and usage scenarios
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and explain research results
• Conduct usability testing, identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
• Creating product prototypes
• Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
• Assisting with content development
• Conducting competitor and customer analysis
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Coordinate and implement with developers

Key Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (min 3 years)
• A portfolio of UX design projects is a must
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Axure or others
• Solid understanding of Web technologies and Graphic Design
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills (English level B2 or higher)
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
