FAS Manager (Financial Advisory/Transaction Support//Due Diligence)

Your responsibilities will be:

• Lead financial due diligence, corporate finance and advisory projects in various industries
• Identify market opportunities, follow the market trends and developments
• Establish good contacts with key M&A market players
• Participate in presentations and networking events
• Regular interaction with European team of specialists in CEE region
• Take part in potential projects of forensic & litigation and consulting
• Coach junior staff 

What kind of person we are looking for:

• University degree (preferably master’s in finance, economics or engineering)
• At least 4-5 years of experience in transaction services for an international firm, ideally with Seniors and higher experience in Big 4
• Official employment Fluent in English
• Ability to work under tough deadlines and commitment to high quality level
• Excellent analytical skills and software skills
• Good knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian Accounting Standards is a plus
• ACCA/CFA qualification is a plus
• Experience in managing a team
