Plant HR Business Partner

Main Responsibilities:

•Lead the Organizational Pillar and build capability within the plant to accelerate the implementation of Integrated Lead Six Sigma.

•Provide effective and efficient organization design, self-learning and on the job training culture with defined skills to deliver the compelling business needs by the standard work processes of High Performance Working Systems and its annual assessment, 'unleashment' survey actions, onboarding, succession and early development planning, team effectiveness assessment and corrective actions which will be enablers of the desired culture.

•Support the Education & Training Pillar to enable the development of High Performing Work culture, determining the Education & Training strategy for the site in line with IL6S requirements & principles.

•Understanding of KPIs and strategy of the respective functions and the total company in order to align HR processes/practices with business strategy.

•Recruitment: involve in talent selection for leadership and critical roles based on organizational need and identified leadership competencies together with Talent Acquisition and consider diversity agenda as part of staffing plan.

•Work closely with the HR team to create one team and build capability within HR and develop HR leaders for the future. Share best practices within the team and across the Region.

•Implement HR calendar of events including: Talking Talent and Succession Planning; Goal Setting Alignment and Review (SF for support team and Performance Management Tool for core team); Performance Calibration; Development Planning; Growing Here Week, Career Week.

•Monitor headcount-planning process for plant. Conduct salary reviews in alignment with International ISC and C&B strategies. Identify salaries & wages budget with Manufacturing Controlling.

•Assist the line managers in organizational changes such as organizational design, job evaluation and restructuring initiatives.

•Build own team of motivated and committed members through effective training, recognition and development programs.

•Own the relationship with the Manufacturing Trade Unions and other collective bargaining entities, ensuring that a relationship between the business and its staff is managed appropriately within a clear framework.

•Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; lead ethically and model compliant behavior; maintain an environment where employees can speak up without fear of retaliation; ensure employees in area of responsibility understand the compliance responsibilities of their jobs and actively participate in the compliance program

•Responsible for the execution of fire safety for assigned area. Support Safety in workplace.

Qualifications:

•University's degree in Business, Human Resources or related area

•Min. 3 years' experience in Human Resources covering MOD, C&B, Labour law, recruiting, Labour Relations and general HR functions and manufacturing experience

•Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes

•Depth knowledge of Labor legislation

•Deep understanding of organizational and individual development

•Expertise in manufacturing optimization

•Proven credibility in varied roles during career

•Strategic, conceptual and analytical skills, ability to drive continuous improvement

•Ability to handle highly sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality

•PC skills (MS Office)

•Fluent English
