Currently we are looking for the Researcher to our Recruitment department (Kiev).

 Requirements:

•     University degree;
•     Intermediate English;
•     Experience in recruitment is preferred.

 Responsibilities:

• Screening of CVs;
• Search and attraction of the candidates by means of Data Base, Internet advertising, screening "job" sites in the Internet;
• Conducting telephone screening interviews;
• Conducting personal interviews;
• Invitation to the candidates for the final selection;
• Taking part in preparation of Job Offer.
