Now we are looking for an Accountant for a full working day to join our team to work with a USA transport company!

Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 15.00 — 23.00

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Relevant experience 3+ years;
• A University degree in Accounting/ Finance is required;
• Experience in working with QuickBooks Online;
• Experience in working with  Client-Bank, Google Drive, Google Doc, Google Sheets;
• Good communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Advanced / Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Strong organizational skills and an effective professional communicator;
• Analytical and detail-oriented;
• Work experience with logistics or transport business will be a plus;

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate bookkeeping: recording different types of activities in QuickBooks (bank, accounts receivable, and/or accounts payable);
• Managing incoming and outgoing payments ( invoices, bills, expenses );
• Processing specific types of orders & transactions, as required;
• Handling incoming accounting requests from clients (emails), offering timely & efficient assistance;
• Compute and run payrolls;
• Collection of all needed documents for successful payments;
• Constant phone communication with company employees ( dispatch, drivers, clients, brokers );
• Support management in all issues, reports, and tasks;
• Control of payments of invoices and other operational transactions;
• Verification of payments for previous periods, internal audit;
