Position : Social Media Copywriter
“SBWR” is a non-profit project with a mission “Responsible Companies Should Stop Doing Business With Russia.”
We are looking for a Social Media Copywriter to interact with our addressable audience and promote our message on social networks.
Social Media Copywriter responsibilities include researching and writing high quality posts about companies exiting Russia or refusing to exit, updating our social media pages, responding to followers and tracking user engagement. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent research and web content writing skills and experience on multiple social networks, with a specific focus on B2B senior management professional audience, including on LinkedIn.
The position requires native speaker-level fluency in English.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Research, write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram and Instagram.
Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors.
Work with our designer to create proprietary appealing images to complement text.
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).
Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
Candidate specifications:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Copywriter or similar role.
Hands-on experience using various social media platforms, especially targeting professional business audiences (B2B).
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Familiarity with online paid advertising.
Ability to deliver well researched and creative web content.
Excellent communication skills.
Native-language fluency in English.
High reliability and self-motivation.
