Marketing Manager

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar with at least 5 years of experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
• Proven experience in B2B marketing with the mindset of continuous learning
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and event management
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong Analytical skills and strategic planning skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a number of projects at once
• Engaging personality, open-minded, and ability to approach challenging situations with goodwill and a can-do attitude

Responsibilities: 

• Development of marketing plans for integrated marketing campaigns
• Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns, e.g. newsletter, social & paid media
• Further development of the social media presence
• Further develop and monitor our corporate identity and corporate design
• Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaign success
• Oversee the creation and delivery of creative assets and copy as needed
• Proof-read, edit, and create marketing texts and content
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the marketing team
• Manage relationships with external partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing campaigns and to ensure competitiveness
• Manage negotiations with agencies, partners and subcontractors as well as internal stakeholders
• Supporting the sales team for B2B marketing activities, e.g. preparation of sales and presentation documents
