Executive Communications Manager (Remote-Ukraine and other countries)

Responsibilities:

• Strategic communication planning & execution, following the Fund’s business objectives and taking a hands-on approach to ensure their successful implementation
• Fund’s brand management and visibility boosting
• Leading and day-to-day management of the Fund’s social media channels, incl. both external and internal ones, boosting community’s growth and engagement
• Developing the Fund’s promotional materials
• Producing visuals and digital media graphics
• Communication with portfolio companies in the areas needed for the Fund’s public exposure
• Leading the content providing for the Fund’s internal communication channels
• Initiating and organizing the interviews for the Fund, maintaining a positive relationship with the press
• Performing and delivering VC market/startup ecosystem research and analytics

Skills & experience

• 3+ years professional experience in communications (incl. SMM), public relations, marketing, brand management or other directly relevant field
• Experience using content management systems and other distribution tools, including web, email, and customer relationship, management/marketing automation systems
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills
• Knowledge of English — Advance
• Bachelor’s+ Degree in the relevant field
• Basic graphic design skills
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic communications plans across multiple media platforms
• Ability to develop and implement branding strategies
• Experience with multiplatform storytelling and execution
• Ability to develop and work toward a shared vision
• Established record of collaborations and good interpersonal and communication skills with diverse internal and external constituents
• Self-motivated with ability to deliver results in challenging circumstances with a minimum supervision
