HUB MARKETING MANAGER (LOCATION: TBILISI, GEO)

Функциональные обязанности:

  • Developing and implementing the Brand strategy.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Managing all marketing activities for the company
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
  • Works with marketing staff (product managers, social media and PR specialists) to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Working closely with Sales team to define marketing materials and programs in line with marketing plans
  • Interviews, hires, and trains and manages marketing staff members in Georgia and overseas markets.
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
  • Managing social media presence and directs programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

Требования:

  • Minimum 5 Experience as marketing manager in pharmaceutical company. 
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field, 
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Knowledge in the use of MS Office
  • Excellent command in English and Russian
  • Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public and other external sources.
  • Experience with project management lifecycle, processes and tools
  • Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers and ability to strategize
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively work in cross-functional project teams with subject matter experts of quality, manufacturing operations, process engineering, project engineering, product development, commercial, legal, regulatory
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and complex problem solving skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active approach to taking on challenging assignments
  • Creativity and judgment 
  • Ability to work with critical timelines and resilience under pressure
  • High level of personal integrity
