QA Engineer

REDSTONE, a leading web agency in Lviv, is looking for responsible, energetic, communicative QA Engineer, who can be part of our friendly team, for interesting and big west project.

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand business requirements and functional/technical specifications
• Participate in application development project reviews
• Creation of test cases and supporting test data to ensure the data adequately tests all testable situations
• Execute and maintain test scripts, including positive, negative, performance and regression
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in applications through defect management system
• Responsible for overall test status and test result reporting
• Timely completion of assigned testing tasks
• Assist in the development and maintenance of an effective QA process within the software group and Customer stakeholders
• Conduct regression testing upon launch of website or application updates
• Conduct speed tests using industry-standard tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights
• Validate completed websites and applications against business requirements
• Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure consistency across all major web browsers
• Test websites and applications across all device categories and models in approved scope (mobile, tablet, desktop, etc.)
• Identify and communicate gaps in provided content or other materials that may affect product quality
