Accountant

PayPro Global is hiring an experienced Accountant to join our expanding Financial Operations team. Our new teammate will handle and monitor current financial operations and communicate periodically with other departments (relevant reports and inquiries).

Job type: Full time  (NOT remote)/ Lviv city

Responsibilities:

• Accurate bookkeeping: recording different types of activities in QuickBooks (bank, accounts receivable and/or accounts payable)
• Managing incoming and outgoing payments
• Processing specific types of orders & transactions, as required
• Handling incoming accounting requests from clients (emails), offering timely & efficient assistance
• Prepare calculations for tax filings for multiple countries

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of Accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Advanced / Upper Intermediate level of English
• Advanced Excel user
• Strong organizational skills and an effective professional communicator
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Proficient PC user
• Experience working with QuickBooks (would be a plus)
