Copywriter IT

VoIPTime company has been successfully delivering the best IP telephony and contact center software for more than 10 years. We strive to provide our customers with a high-quality product in the shortest possible time within domestic and foreign markets (Europe, USA). Due to the company’s growth, we are looking for a Creative Copywriter to join our marketing team. The position involves promoting our new product in the international market.

Responsibilities:

• Writing unique articles on IT, call center, and sales management topics for the company’s blog as well as external portals;
• Preparation and writing sales texts and landing pages for the company’s website (in cooperation with the marketing team);
• Carrying out research and publishing their results;
• Writing expert marketing materials research, guides, eBooks, whitepapers, press releases, etc.;
• Translation of technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Fluent English B2 or higher;
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in writing articles and landing pages for websites;
• Portfolio (required);
• Experience in writing texts on business, sales, IT, and SaaS topics;
• Flawless literacy, good editorial and research skills;
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with large volumes of information;
• Creativity, the ability to generate original ideas for content;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Higher education.

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of inbound marketing and content marketing principles;
• Basic SEO knowledge;
• CMS skills, basic HTML knowledge;
• Experience of content plan formation;
• Experience with Quora;
• Generating content for the newsletter to blog subscribers.
