Quality Manager

The Role

Home Group Holding is looking for a Quality Manager for its operations in Rivne, Ukraine (1000 employees). Quality Manager will report to a Factory Manager and will lead the Quality Team. He/she will drive the implementation of the Home Group strategy «Focus on quality» and will play a key role in the company growth. This is full-time permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop factory quality management system with a focus on leadership and customer focus mindset, implement/upgrade professional methods and tools.
• Act as Quality Ambassador, improve quality training agenda to secure competence and quality culture development in the organization.
• Oversee data collection and KPI reporting, analyze and act on deviations, secure root cause analysis and follow up on actions.
• Establish professional collaboration of the quality and production team aimed to prevent waste at the source and deliver a quality product to the internal and external customer.
• Contribute to the new product implementation process, provide guidance on quality issues and secure timely preparation of quality assurance routines to new product launch.
• Stay on top of the compliance demands of the European and the US customers (B2B), including timely certification, reporting and overall factory condition.
• Develop own Quality Team, provide mentorship and support to junior quality specialists, secure short-term substitution and potential long-term succession.
• Act as role model promoting safety and quality culture in the factory, secure own quality team compliance to safety routines.

Profile

• Male/female Senior professional with hands-on experience in Quality Management function preferably in assembly type of production.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ subordinates.
• Fluency in Ukrainian language, Intermediate English.
• PC user, experience of making data analysis in MS Excel.
• Change management competence, proven experience in transforming quality culture.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, customer focus mindset.
