Requirements:

• Superb writing and editing skills in English and Ukrainian;

• 5 years of content creating and 2+ in people management;

• Great storyteller and creative strategist. You know what content is needed to achieve business goals and know how to make it stand out;

• Strong leadership skills. You know how to manage the team's workload, provide effective feedback, and inspire your teammates to write better. Having mentoring experience is a plus;

• Able to communicate complex ideas in understandable and exciting ways;

• Meticulous researcher. You know how to leverage industry trends and customers insights to create an outstanding piece of content.

What You Will Do:

• Develop content strategy in alignment with existing brand qualities. Secure its implementation across the company;

• Partner with the marketing and business development teams to support marketing activities and sales. Drive content marketing efforts in the right direction to achieve marketing goals;

• Oversee the creation of all the content within the company. It includes blog articles, social media posts, emails, award submissions, PR pieces;

• Supervise the team of in-house writers. Provide feedback on their written materials, guide them on a style and approach to texts. Guarantee the quality of all out coming texts;

• Manage the incoming requests for content from other departments and distribute them between the teams;

• Secure consistent brand representation at all platforms;

• If necessary, hold internal workshops and classes for the team targeted at their professional development and skills improvement.
