Junior UI/UX Designer

WHO WE NEED

We are looking for a skilled Junior UI/UX Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our team. You'll be creating a design for top startups from Europe and Silicon Valley.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE

• At least 1 year of proven experience working as a UI/UX Designer (not only freelance)
• Experience with Figma
• Online portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills (both on web and mobile)
• Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and best practices (research, prototyping, validation) as well as visual design (typography, information design, color, and layout)
• Sense of visual style, composition, color, and typography
• Excited to improve visual skills and willing to learn new tools
• Ability to present and substantiate your work
• Strong communication skills and friendly attitude to any assigned task
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• English level - at least Intermediate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out researches; Designing flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and rapid prototypes for internal/external large and small scale projects including websites, apps, content, and more
• Deliver design assets to clients, and other team members
• Working closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
• Participation in team meetings and brainstorms

INTERVIEW STAGES

• 1-st stage - Checking portfolio and test task 
• 2-nd stage - Interview with our Designer and recruiter.
