Verallia Ukraine is looking for VIM Coordinator to join our team!? 

We are truly believe in a great development of our country and our company after the victory.

That is why we are opening a position called “VIM Coordinator”. 

Who is VIM Coordinator?

VIM is Verallia Industrial Management, a system developed in Verallia based on lean approach to increase our operational excellence.  ? 

What is important for this position:

• Deep practical knowledge of Lean principles and such tools as RCA and 5S
• Technical (engineering) \ Economic background
• English – B2 and higher
• Proficiency in SAP
• Readiness to work together with production team on Performance Improvement Projects on a daily basis
• Ability to support Plant manager in a regular budget process (in the scope of planned improvements & savings)

Plant and office located in Zorya village (near Rivne).
