Analysis and Evidence (A&E) Data Officer 

Based in Kyiv 

AIM OF THE POSITION  

The Analysis and Evidence (A&E) Data Officer under the Economic Security (EcoSec) Department is based in Kyiv and work in close collaboration with all offices of ICRC in Ukraine. A&E Data Officer supports data management, data analysis, monitoring and quality reporting under the supervision and guidance of their hierarchical supervisor, according to ICRC and EcoSec standards and operational requirements. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 

• She/he ensures the appropriate data management and processing according to ICRC and EcoSec standards and operational requirements;
• She/he supports EcoSec Department to carry out data collection, analysis, monitoring and beneficiary management, by using available tools, materials and best practices and collaborating with field teams as per needs;
• She/he contributes to the EcoSec monitoring and reporting processes. 

The tasks and responsibilities defined above are not exhaustive and can evolve depending on organizational needs. 

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

 Minimum required knowledge & experience 

• High school diploma, technical education or professional or university degree in a related field;
• Good command (spoken and written) of English; knowledge of the local language(s);
• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience working in the similar field; 
• Demonstrated experience in database management, analysis and production of reports. Experience in the mobile data collection tools and remote data collection would be an asset;
• Experience working for an NGO or international organization would be an asset;
• Excellent command of MS-Office Excel software. Familiarity with database computer languages (e.g. SQL) would be an asset;
• Capacity to adhere to and to implement procedures; 
• Patience, diplomacy, attention to details and analytical skills;
