Brand Manager (Spirit Category)

We are searching for Brand Manager (Spirit Category) with min 3 years Product Marketing experience and proven track record of success 

Major Accountabilities

• Brand-marketing strategies development
• Annual Brand Plans preparation and update
• Develop plan to market product through innovative promotional campaigns, utilizing the full marketing mix as appropriate
• Undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of strategy and monitor implementation
• Full A&P Budget responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits
• Sales analysis with the issuing of recommendations according to the situation
• Influence the sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are executed appropriately
• Analysis of market researches and adaptation of existing activities and strategies according to the results
• Competitors analysis
• Permanent control of products stocks and participating in the procurement planning
• Management and development of direct reports

Requirements for candidates

• Advanced level of English
• Completed higher education (Marketing preferred)
• ATL and BTL experience is must
• Min 3 years of relevant Product Marketing Management experience and proven track record of success (spirits industry experience will be an advantage)
• Able to manage different projects at the same time
• Able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
• Excellent presentation and strong analytical skills
