Middle Ruby Developer, Art Business App

DataArt works with a company that creates software for art galleries, museums, and private art collectors. Our client's applications allow users to organize their collections and make presentations. The system consists of several web services, utilities, mobile applications and an internal system. The system is in active use (on production) and has a big base of clients.

Due to technological developments, user expectations have increased. To meet these expectations, the team is implementing new features to extend tools for our clients and users.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of Ruby development experience
• Experience working with Rails 4\5, Ruby on Rails
• Experience working with relational databases
• Experience working with RSpec
• Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks - React.js, Vue.js
• Knowledge of SQL
• Spoken English

Additional Competencies

• Experience working with Vue.js
• Experience working with CoffeeScript
• Experience designing and using REST API
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq and ElasticSearch
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and SASS
