IT Lead Generation / Pre-sale Manager

Looking for lead generation specialist to improve performance of sales team department.

The key responsibility of the lead generation specialist will be to search for and contact potential customers Using Linkedin, and different platforms like Upwork.

Duties:

• identify potential customers
• gather lead information
• transfer data to CRM system and other marketing tools
• sort leads
• pre-sale activities (contact leads following)
• generate leads using: Upwork, Linkedin, other business platforms, web research
• identify customer needs and transfer information to the sales representative
• follow up leads
• cold-emailing
• searching leads in sales channels;
• implementation of sales and lead generation campaigns ;
• work with various online tools to find contact information: inputting leads to CRM;
• research to understand clients' needs and strong/weak points;
• record all lead details in the master database and to CRM;
• schedule lead meetings and conference calls, deliver follow-up materials;

Requirements:

• written and spoken English
• experience with CRM, google services, skype, zoom, google meet, google drive.
• experience with Upwork, Linkedin, other business platforms, web research
• the goal-oriented approach in your work
• experience with data analysis
• related experience at least 6 months

It will be a plus:

• sales experience
• work experience with calls
• high-level communication skills
