Job Summary
Under the line management of the Logistics Manager or other supervisor, as per applicable team structure, the Officer, Maintenance is responsible for the overall management of facilities including offices, accommodations, their maintenance, and contract tracking in line with International Medical Corps policies and procedures .

Main responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities listed are representatives of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
Liaising with facility owner for any fixing, improvement works required or for administrative purpose.
Ensuring that all IMC facilities are regularly and appropriately maintained.
Ensuring that all IMC facilities are adequately equipped and maintained with safety equipment, in close collaboration with the safety and security manager.
Managing administration stocks, and coordinates with Procurement unit timely replenishment.
Maintains accurate filing systems, with documented and auditable records of procurement transactions and reports/tracker.
Compliance, audit and related controls
Responsible for compliance of performed activities in line with IMC policies and procedures and applicable donor rules s and local laws and regulation.
Supports implementation of required control mechanisms.
Supports implementation of correctives measures identified as result of self-control, audit or compliance review.
Fraud prevention
- Committed to fraud, prevention detection, reporting and fraud risk reduction as per IMC policies and procedures, donor rules and local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Degree in administration, Facility management or related experience in a similar role
Commitment to and understanding of IMC's aims, values and principles.
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Knowledge of MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work in participatory manner.
Ability to integrate and work well within multi-ethnic and multicultural team.
