Job Summary
The human resources department handles a range of different functions. The department is responsible for recruitment and staff development, Compensation and benefits, Employee relations and maintaining employment laws as well support organization changes.

Main Responsibilities

Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers to more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
Prepare employment and consultancy contracts and maintain the needed backup according to policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology or relevant studies
Developing knowledge is required at the intermediate level, considerable knowledge is required at the experienced level, and thorough knowledge is required
Ability to select and compile data for correspondence or reports
Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic, French basic
Expert in main computer applications (Microsoft
Office Applications…)
At least 1-3 years' experience in record management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Patience, perseverance, proactive, self-motivated and ability to work in a stressful environment
Ability to take initiative, and willingness to take on new responsibilities
High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
Capacity to work both independently and as a member of a team.
