Marketing Manager

Porsche Ukraine is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions as Volkswagen Passenger Cars Marketing Manager (Dealer marketing and Corporate PR function)

Responsibilities:

• Co-creation and co-execution of the monthly and annual budgets at both Importer and Dealer level;
• Co-establishing marketing goals to ensure achievement of the planned sales level at the Importer level;
• Tracking marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets, taking corrective action when necessary;
• Communication with the marketing agencies regarding ongoing campaigns;
• Evaluation of the market reactions to advertising programs, media placement;
• Analysis of the market-relevant information including constant monitoring of competitive environment;
• Teaming with other specialists to ensure market-appropriate and effective communication;
• Event organization with involvement of the dealer representatives, including being if required spokesperson with press;
• Approving, analyzing, counselling and controlling dealer marketing activities;
• Preparation of the communication and POS materials for the dealer network;
• Marketing onboarding for the newly appointed marketing managers;
• Preparation of the reports to the Volkswagen and Porsche Holding Salzburg headquarters;
• Development and execution of the PR strategy for Porsche Ukraine LLC, including CSR projects;
• Maintenance of the Porsche Ukraine LLC homepage and social media accounts.

General requirements:

• University degree in marketing (as well as advertising or PR);
• Deep understanding of the vehicle construction will be a benefit;
• Foreign language competence: English (upper intermediate level), German is appreciated;
• Experience in automotive branch: no less than 3 years preferred;
• Experience in marketing planning and event management;
• Driving license class „B“;
• Advanced in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel);
• Ability to evaluate and prioritize activities to achieve overall goals in fast-paced environment;
• Strong collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills;Excellent project management skills.
