Digital marketing manager, маркетолог (Freelance, Part-time)

Video production studio «Blue Carrot» is in search of a freelance digital marketing manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Implementation of content plan: coordinating a small team of freelancers who produce and post content;
• Communication: setting up regular newsletters and outreach campaigns, posting on social media, ensuring consistency in communication among diverse channels etc.;
• Market presence: maintain our profiles in online catalogs, and platforms, manage paid promotions;
• Analytics: analyze website overall progress, metrics on platforms, and paid ad channels;
• Advertisement: control retargeting campaign, possible tests of targeting campaigns;
• Website + SEO: coordinate implementation of tasks, make a website more effective;
• Participate in marketing strategy development.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at the intermediate level and above;
• Relevant work experience of at least 1 year;
• Experience in teamwork or team coordination;
• Strong user of Google Docs (working with formulas and graphs);
• A basic understanding of the following tools or their analogs is desirable: Google Analytics / Search Console / Facebook Ads / MailerLite / Zapier / Snov.io;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to control many processes.
