Main responsibilities:

Guests' warm welcome

Perform check in and check out process

Cashier duties handling

Dealing with guests' requests

Functions of concierge

Complete reservation process

Telephone calls and e-mails handling

Requirements:

Fluent English is a must

Knowledge of other foreign language is advantage

Strong communication skills

Active life position

Experience in relevant position is preferable

Stress resistance
