We are Default Value company. Geographically we are from Cherkasy, Ukraine, but remotely working with any location. We are not too small yet not too big - a bit more than 80 teammates make the valuable and wide community where you can find help and support on almost any theme while keeping the team small enough to feel like you are working in a family and not in a big bureaucratic monster :-) We are 13 years old. Currently, our focus is e-commerce, PHP, Java, and JS+frontend.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and well-organized person who will help the company to get new leads by preparing and executing outreach campaigns. You will prepare the communication, look for relevant contacts, and perform the first touch with our potential clients.
We will gladly hire already qualified specialist or will give the opportunity to a prospective candidate. Of course, we will provide relevant training on every aspect of your responsibilities in case it will be needed. ?
Requirements:
- Intermediate+ writing English - this position does not require verbal communication, but you should be proficient enough to create nice messages to the prospects. The texts you will send should be lively, understandable, and memorable.
- Creativity, self-organisation and attentiveness to details - you will need to dig a lot of information and find needed chunks of it. That requires a decent level of flexible approach on par with the ability to perform sometimes monotonous manual tasks.
- Readiness to dive into new knowledge fields, ability to learn quickly
- Experience with Google tools (Sheets, Docs)
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the same or comparable position
- Experience in B2B communications
- Experience in working with any CRM system
- Any experience in the IT outsource field
- Experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales or a related field
Your responsibilities:
- Finding relevant prospects and digging for needed information about them
- Qualification of the potential customers and first contact with them
- Add client`s information to CRM
- Fulfilling your KPIs
- Close cooperation with the sales team
