What do we expect from a candidate:

• Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Proven track-record in testing hypotheses and growing marketing funnel and product conversion rates
• Advanced product analytics skills
• Experience in A/B testing
• Understanding of A/B testing statistics
• Understanding of digital marketing channels
• Understanding of monetization, CRO and UX best practices
• Customer-focused

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage qualitative and quantitative research to find the hypothesis on how to increase client’s product conversion rates or other needed metrics
• Conduct and manage mechanics to improve funnel and conversion rate
• Current landing pages improvement in collaboration with the marketing team
• Inbound marketing mechanics (email, banners, triggers, other communication to improve conversion rate);
• Current user experience improvement in collaboration with the product manager and marketing team;
• No delivery tasks (tech specs, managing developers, etc), this role is 100% focused on making product growth decisions
