A day in the life of...
- Partner with relevant training program owners to identify the key success factors for the rollout of their learning portfolio based on the selected delivery channels.
- Coordinate the organization of the logistics and of the technologies needed for the delivery of the local learning portfolio.
- Ensure the learning materials are available and distributed before, during and after the intervention.
- Coordinate the organization of the different learning sessions, providing support and administrative services to Trainers, SMEs, and external contributors.
- Provide administrative support to the participants including but not limited to course information, site creation guidance, and logistics.
- Manage and instruct finance team to ensure successful completion of the end to end process per course: (Budget, invoicing...), provide timeous information to ensure on time payment and budget tracking.
- Establish, implement, and manage training schedules and calendars for all Rive Reine training, immersion, inspiration and alumni sessions.;
What will make you successful:
- Masters’ degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational company.
- Successful experience in managing short & long term projects in terms of coordination/administration/management skills.
- Experience in handling several projects in parallel.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in digital tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, make things happen, take ownership and initiative.
- English (advanced written and verbal);
