Business Intelligence Specialist

Job description

Business Intelligence specialist acts as a part of Corporate Business Intelligence organization within Kuehne + Nagel Contract Logistics functional unit and deals with data analysis, reports creation, user and application support of the SAP BO and Tableau with main focus on in-house Warehouse and Distribution Management System which is used in over 65 countries across the world.

We expect you to be in the middle of business and systems and with a help of BI tools help people in their work process and decision making.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Dealing with 2 main corporate BI tools – SAP Business Objects and Tableau.
• Analysing data and creating BO reports / Tableau dashboards  
• Interpret business needs to BI solution which will help people to make decisions
• Users / server  management and maintenance
• Improvement of the existing BI solution in cooperation with the end-users and business application owner
• Consulting users on processes and key BI solutions.
• Providing trainings

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in BI solutions: SAP BO, Power BI or Tableau 
• Analytic mind set
• Excellent communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English is a must
• Basic knowledge of SQL (is a plus)
• IT/analytic background;
• Dealing with databases experience (Oracle/MSSQL) is a plus;
• Pentaho experience is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills, work in a multicultural environment;
• Ability to work under stress and time pressure
