Dispatcher, Logistics manager (American market)

Trucking Company invites a talanted and motivated person to work in a big team of result-oriented specialists. We’re looking for Trucking Dispatchers with good work experience on US freight transportation market.

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• minimum one year of experience in Trucking Dispatch
• Working hours 10:00-19:00 or 15:00-00:00
• Stress resistance
• Ability to independently plan and organize work
• strong analytical and communicational skills, ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and on time;
• initiative and multitasking.

Responsibilities:

• arranging, monitoring and control of the freight transportation;
• searching for the loads, booking and following them up; expediting the whole transportation cycle from picking up to delivery; dispatching drivers, planning their trip, providing them with all necessary support;
• ensuring that all shipments get delivered on time in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible;
• keep paperwork: BOLs, invoices;
• solving current work issues and problems
