Our Atlassian team is working in a huge and growing market of Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence and others. Multiple businesses of small, medium and enterprise scale use Atlassian products all over the world and there is a high demand for add-ons to Atlassian products. We are devoted to bring value to our customers by extending functionality of Atlassian products to satisfy the business needs. Now our team is looking for Product marketing manager

Required skills:

• Market research and industry trends analysis;
• Verbal and written business communication skills and aptitude for customer service;
• Content management skills;
• PR and advertising;
• Organizational skills;
• Product demonstration skills;
• Technical writing;
• Experience in IT;
• Upper — intermediate or advanced level of spoken and written English.

Will be a plus:

User knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Hubspot

Responsibilities:

• Customer support, customer conversion;
• Market research and product launch strategy implementation;
• Value proposition and product messaging;
• Customer onboarding and retention;
• Product documentation updating and optimization;
• Email marketing and SMM promotion;
• Partner marketing and event management;
• Content creation and distribution: how-to demo videos, product feature walkthroughs; blog articles, text and video commercials, SMM content.
