Product Manager

Currently, we are looking for an inspired and dedicated Product Manager for our Talent Management Office unit. 

Responsibilities:

• Launching new products within Talent Management department
• Product lifecycle development and management
• Active collaboration with Business Process Management and development teams
• Monitoring product performance and proactively identifying opportunities for improvements
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders 
• Validating requirements against deliverables
• Identifying risks, issues, and problems and escalating as appropriate
• Providing competitive analysis, market research

 Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Product Management preferably with IT background
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Understanding of Talent Management processes
• Hands-on experience in MS Office suite is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set definite goals and focus on the results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational Skills
• Proactivity
