Senior Mobility Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic person for our Workforce Management team. With the tight cooperation with different departments, you will be a part of the mobility ecosystem of Intellias. Your main goal will be to develop and implement policies, projects, and other initiatives to continue the evolution of the Mobility Program at Intellias.

Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with all stakeholders who involved in the Mobility process, and be a focal point of information concerning Mobility activity;
• Coordinate full cycle all immigration and work permit requests;
• Constant communication with the assignee during the entire relocation process, offering support, advice, and solutions whenever necessary;
• Report on the case progress, relay stakeholder feedback;
• Research, analyze, and maintain Mobility Program according to market competitiveness, and to the host country local specific;
• Assist with compensation data collection and analysis.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Mobility Specialist in IT Outsource Company
• Well versed in relocation process cycle
• Familiar with immigration policies, work permits and visas
• Strong planning and organizational ability
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to negotiate and effectively solve problems

• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree.
