Binariks is looking for a ready-to-learn and willing to grow person that will assist in acquiring new customers and supporting the overall business development process.
Responsibilities:
- Active search and attraction of potential clients and business opportunities (USA, Europe)
- Facilitate sales and pre-sales activities
- Assist other sales managers with processing client's requests
- Building up effective communications with prospects
- Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets;
- Business communications and negotiation with potential clients
- Working with a dedicated pre-sales team (technical team) to prepare collaboration proposals and close clients
- Create/update/maintain marketing materials (company portfolio, services, testimonials, profiles and etc.).
- Ensure CRM system has relevant, full, and accurate information daily
- Working with leads from one of the sources (Upwork, LinkedIn, website)
Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate (or higher) spoken and written English
- Well developed communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn fast
- Understanding of IT sphere
- Proactiveness, motivation, and honesty are must
- Desire to learn and grow as a professional
- Self-organization and time management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail: the ability to find the right information
You have an advantage if you have:
- Experience of working with b2b (Upwork, etc.) platforms
- Experience of working or studying abroad (US, Europe) is a huge plus
- Understanding of /Experience in Lead Generation and Sales processes
- Understanding of SDLC
- Knowledge of channels of searching for the clients
- Any sales or marketing experience
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Understanding negotiation and sales process
