HR Specialist/Office Administrator
We are looking for a professional who will be the first point of contact for our Ukrainian team for all HR and Admin tasks.
Your responsibilities as an HR Specialist will include:
Implementation and development of company HR policies and procedures;
Coordination of performance management and career development;
Organization of corporate events and business trips;
Collaboration with various vendors including legal advice, accounting, insurance, etc.;
Preparation of monthly invoices and budgeting.
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for:
Procurement of various office supplies including but not limited to groceries, stationery, first-aid kit, household supplies, IT equipment;
Facility maintenance, coordinating repair works;
Cooperation with contractors, payments coordination;
Shipments and deliveries;
Inventory management.

Requirements:
English - Upper-Intermediate level and higher;
2+ years experience in an HR Specialist/Office Administrator role;
Excellent communication skills within the team and outside of it;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
General knowledge of IT industry and business principles, with an accent on product startups.
