Support Agent

International IT Company Develux is currently looking for experienced specialists to fill our Support Team on Shift 07:00 - 15:00 

Requirements:

• Excellent reading and writing skills, good knowledge of grammar Advanced level English
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details
• Experience as a Customer Support Manager with English-speaking customers will be a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

•  Handling morning shifts (07 : 15 pm)
•  Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use our service
• Perform operational tasks in our CRM system
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
• Accomplishing customer support KPI.
