Our Client, a middle sized European production company in Ukraine, is seeking a proactive candidate for the position of

Chief Acccountant 

Place of work - Zhytomyr

The Chief Accountant will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all bookkeeping activities are completed in time, accurately and according to statutory regulations and internal month-end procedure;
• Direct involvement in the Statutory Reporting function, liaising with State Bodies to ensure compliance with latest relevant legislation;
• Maintaining and developing the accounting system;
• Preparation and submission of declarations & returns as per statutory rules ;

The ideal candidate will meet the following professional requirements:

• At least 3 years of the similar role in a  production environment
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian legislation;
• Intermediate English skills will be a plus;
• Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, 1C:8, BAS
